In the rare case of your package is delayed or lost, please note that you will have to start an investigation online by going to the carrier's website. It may take up to 20 days to complete the investigation. Once you have the claim confirmation from the carrier, we will gladly issue you a full refund.
Also, please allow extra time if ordering during the busy holiday season to account for greater carriers' demands. We aren't responsible for problems caused by the carrier.
